Banish Big Brother at The Great Create: James Dutton to Keynote

James Dutton, a dedicated attorney and passionate advocate for civil liberties, will be a keynote speaker at The Great Create on September 27 & 28 at Omaha Brewing in Omaha, GA. As a Banish Big Brother board member, James will be sharing his insights on the critical importance of knowing and asserting your legal rights in an era of increasing surveillance.

James’s journey began early, attending Gordon State College at just 15 before traveling to 93 countries as a missionary. This global perspective shaped his academic achievements, leading to a bachelor’s in international economics, a master’s in public policy, and a JD from Georgia State University College of Law.

Despite lucrative offers from major Atlanta firms, James chose to return to his hometown of Griffin, GA, to serve as a public defender. With over 1,600 clients defended and an impressive success rate, he continues to fight for justice as a Spalding County Commissioner and a private practice lawyer at Dutton & Dutton Law Firm, where he takes on invasive surveillance technologies.

James’s commitment to his community goes beyond the courtroom. He actively participates in local initiatives, advocates for transparent governance, and conducts free legal workshops to educate the public on their rights. His leadership and dedication make him a respected figure in Griffin, and his talk at The Great Create will provide valuable guidance on protecting your civil liberties.

Join us at The Great Create to hear from James and other inspiring leaders. Visit TheGreatCreate.org for tickets and the full lineup.
